A series of relevant relational courses written to help BMBs grow from first steps in faith to maturity into leadership.
Word of Life is starting to develop a curriculum of relevant, relational courses for believers of Muslim background (BMBs).
The WoL curriculum is being overseen by a core group with BMBs and representatives from different key organisations. Following initial planning and consultation, we are currently consulting BMB leaders about the shape of the curriculum, whilst we have also started work on the next courses to follow on from our first steps discipleship course Come Follow Me.

Word of Life is contributing to a wider network of course providers called Paths of Life. This is a network of organisations and individuals producing and using discipleship resources for believers of Muslim backgrounds (BMBs) for mutual resourcing, collaboration, and communication.
The courses in our curriculum follow the same Study-Discuss-Apply methodology that is followed by Come Follow Me. This three part methodology is focussed not just on head knowledge but is educationally proven to bring whole life transformation, and is used by TEE organisations around the world.

Come Follow Me
A relational discipleship course for believers of Muslim background, available in multiple languages
Come Follow Me helps believers of Muslim background to grow in faith and maturity, examine their culture and beliefs in light of the Bible, and submit their lives to Jesus in every area.
They complete this relational discipleship course in a small group or 1:1 with an advisor, using printed books or our online GROWSPACE platform.

Marriage Course
We’re excited to share that WoL’s Marriage Course is ready for field testing in English, Farsi and French. This marriage resource is designed especially for believers from Muslim backgrounds, who want to strengthen their marriage with biblical wisdom, practical insight.
The field testing will give you:
- A chance for BMBs to be equipped in this vital area
- Space to share reflections and questions
- A chance to help us shape the final version before it’s released

BMB Marriage
In collaboration with the Hikma Partnership, coming out of a Research Forum and Panel on the topic of marriage, a group of writers is currently working on a new course specifically for BMBs, addressing common challenges and teaching a biblical understanding of marriage as an important relationship pointing to Christ and the church.
The course touches on topics such as love, polygamy, sexual purity, homosexuality, singleness, domestic violence, communication and many more, seeking to bring biblical teaching and open up conversations through which deep discipleship and changed behaviour can occur.
This course will be available for pilot testing in 2026.
Bible Overview
Tim Green and a writing team are working on a new course called God's Plan and Our Purpose, which takes believers through the bible from creation to Christ, helping them understand how it fits together, examine difficult themes and see how God’s big story points to Jesus Christ.
Part one will be available for pilot testing soon.
