We are passionate about seeing believers of Muslim background lay strong foundations in Christ, grow in faith through studying God's word, be equipped into leadership and enabled to use the gifts and talents God has given them, becoming all that God wants them to be as part of his worldwide church.
Word of Life is committed to equip and provide relevant discipleship resources to enable this, and plans to produce a curriculum of courses over the coming years.
Come Follow Me
The first course in our curriculum is the Come Follow Me discipleship course. Please see our shop to order the course materials.
Visit the Come Follow Me website for more information, information about the course and to download Advisor guides in different languages.
Come Follow Me is also available digitally via GrowSpace, our e-learning platform for smartphones and other devices. GrowSpace has published Come Follow Me in a digital, secure, multilingual, interactive format for group and 1-2-1 discipleship.
Paths of Life Network
The Courses team from Word of Life host the Paths of Life Network. This network of organisations and individuals producing and using discipleship resources for believers of Muslim backgrounds (BMBs) work together for networking, collaborating and resourcing discipleship. Our website and database will go live in 2024, but in the meantime please contact us via info@word.org.uk if you would like to find out more.
Other courses:
Joining The Family
Our course for churches exploring intercultural issues is called Joining The Family. The course consists of six sessions of informative teaching and inspiring testimonies helping any group of Christians to understand, love, equip and learn from Christ’s followers of Muslim heritage. One strength of the course is the way it prioritises the voice of believers of Muslim heritage. A revised course suitable for using with an online group will be available in spring 2023.
Please see Kitab's shop to order the course and accompanying materials.
