Returns and Refunds: 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see what options are available.

We are unable to guarantee refunds or changes to orders unless we are notified within 12 hours of the order. This is due to the Print on Demand nature of our suppliers. If it is more than 12 hours since your order was completed, it may still be possible to amend the order, depending on what stage the order has progressed to, so please contact us urgently using our contact page. 

If there is a fault or problem with your order, eg. the books are damaged, printed wrong, or incorrect, please contact us with all the details and we will follow up that with our printers to ensure you get a refund for those books. 


Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary according to the weight of the order and the destination of the order. Please contact us if you have a specific enquiry regarding rates for large orders (more than 30 books) or a particular destination. 

We use a Print on Demand service and aim to dispatch all books within 14 working days. However, sometimes due to circumstances outside our control, shipping from the printers takes longer.
