Our Tracks
Word of Life serves with believers of Muslim background (BMBs) worldwide in four ways.
God has called us to work innovatively. No other organisation we know of is bringing together the different areas that our tracks cover, focused on partnering within the BMB global community.
Our staff team is based in seven countries, while our ministry through partners is in more than twenty countries.

The Hikma Partnership is a group of Christian leaders and ministers of a Muslim background with mature mission partners with substantial experience in training and discipling amongst believers from a Muslim background, working together with a vision of:
- Encouraging and guiding BMBs to research and write as a contribution to their own cultural contexts and for the world church. Research may include sharing about BMB discipleship issues, perspectives and stories, and be at academic, non-academic and practical levels, both in and for the BMB context.
- Sharing this research and writing around the world, amplifying the voice of BMBs in the global church.

We are passionate about seeing believers of Muslim background lay strong foundations in Christ, grow in faith through studying God's word, be equipped into leadership and enabled to use the gifts and talents God has given them, becoming all that God wants them to be as part of his worldwide church.
Word of Life is committed to equip and provide relevant discipleship resources to enable this, and plans to produce a curriculum of courses over the coming years.

We have developed GrowSpace, our e-learning platform for smartphones and other devices. Come Follow Me is available on GrowSpace in a secure digital, multilingual, interactive format for group and 1-2-1 discipleship.

In addition to providing discipleship resources, we consider equipping churches and individuals to use them well is an important part of our work. We believe that it is important to understand the method behind the course to use the materials most effectively.
This training will equip you to:
- understand the course design and method of Come Follow Me
- lead group discussion using the Advisor Guide
- plan to start a course in your area
It also touches on cultural issues for believers of Muslim Background.

Joining the Family is an initiative to help churches to understand, love, equip and learn from believers of Muslim backgrounds.
Growing numbers of Muslims from a variety of ethnic backgrounds are choosing to follow Jesus Christ. They want to join Christ’s community, whether in traditional churches, or in same background fellowships - sometimes both simultaneously.
We long for these precious believers to find a welcome and sense of family, grow and thrive as disciples, and bless others through their gifts and experience. Churches need to understand their needs, care for them and support them through their growth in Christ. We also want to, and need to, learn from them. Their insights can help us to grow in our faith, and their journey will help the Church prepare for a day when multitudes will come into our family.
